Muslim Family Education provides educational resources for families, parents and educators. Our resources may include digital downloads, printable materials, activity guides and, in the future, physical products.
We aim to provide clear and accurate information about each resource so that you can decide whether it is suitable for your family or educational needs before purchasing.
Product descriptions, photographs, preview pages and videos are provided to help you understand what is included in each resource. Please review these before completing your purchase.
2. Purchasing Digital Resources
Most of the resources currently available through our website are digital products.
Digital resources are supplied electronically and are normally made available immediately after purchase.
Because digital resources are supplied immediately, digital purchases are final once the resource has been supplied. Please make sure you have reviewed the product information, previews and other information provided before purchasing.
We do not offer refunds for digital resources because of a change of mind, an accidental purchase, or because you later decide that a resource is not suitable or no longer wanted.
By completing a purchase of a digital resource, you acknowledge that you are requesting the resource to be supplied immediately rather than waiting for any applicable cancellation period to expire, and you agree that once the digital resource has been supplied, you cannot cancel the purchase simply because you have changed your mind.
This does not prevent you from contacting us if there is a genuine problem with the resource, such as a corrupted file, a failed download or a resource that is materially different from its description. Please see our Purchasing & Returns Policy for more information.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed on the relevant product or checkout page.
Prices may change from time to time, but changes will not affect an order that has already been completed.
Payment must be completed before a digital resource is supplied.
We use third-party payment providers to process payments. We do not have access to your full payment card details.
4. Delivery of Digital Resources
Digital resources are delivered electronically.
After completing your purchase, you will normally receive access to your resource through the website, by email, or through another delivery method specified on the product or checkout page.
Please make sure that the email address and other contact information provided during checkout are accurate.
If you do not receive your resource or experience a problem accessing it, please contact us with your order details so that we can help.
5. Using Our Resources
Our digital resources are licensed for personal use within one household unless a particular product states otherwise.
A purchase allows you to use the resource with your own family. It does not give permission to copy, reproduce, share, upload, resell or distribute the resource or any part of it.
You may not:
- make copies for other families;
- share digital files with friends, family members outside your household, groups or online communities;
- upload our resources to websites, file-sharing services, social media or messaging groups;
- reproduce or distribute any part of a resource in print or digital form for others;
- resell, redistribute or commercially exploit our resources;
- remove copyright notices, branding or other ownership information; or
- claim our original content as your own.
If you would like to use a resource with a club, class, homeschool group, school, workshop or other organised group, a separate licence is required.
Each participating student must have their own purchased copy unless we have agreed a different licence with you. Copies may not be made from a single household purchase for use by multiple students or families.

If you would like to use our resources beyond the permitted household use — including for a club, class, homeschool group, school, workshop or other organised setting — please contact us to request the appropriate licence.
Where a separate group or organisational licence is granted, the terms of that licence will apply to the permitted use.

Our resources are designed to encourage learning, exploration and family education.
They are educational resources and are not intended to replace professional advice where professional advice is required.
Parents, carers and educators are responsible for deciding whether a particular activity, resource or learning approach is appropriate for the child using it.
